Intelligent Sensing's data acquisition
systems have been used to detect grinding wheel chatter, offset printing roller pressure,
and part profiling. PrintFicient
Designed for the printing industry this system instruments the roller mechanism and
effectively turns it into a load cell. Providing real time pressure feed back label change
time may be reduced and the amount of scrap minimized.
Laser Profiling
Using z axis displacement data this system is capable of finding surface flaws in machined
surfaces as small as 1mm. Potential applications include: porosity detection, cross
threaded fasteners and assemblies, tolerance stack up dimensions, and tooling dimensional
verification.
